Stay away! Prepay/plate scan didn't work, had to pay the garage manually, Customer service is exceptionally bad and refuse to refund the prepaid amount (so I paid double to park) . The 6 euro they defrauded me of must really be floating them since they've spent more time making up silly hurdles to try to get a refund. Seems super scammy, and somewhat fraudulent, and they collect you card info so who knows what to expect next- steer clear
Aucun justificatif pour justifier que le stationnement était en règle Édit : mais pas les 30 min gratuite, donc aucune possibilité de contester un FPS
Un enfer cet app. J'ai du perdre une centaine d'euros à payer toujours plus cher pour le parking. Même pour annuler son compte c'est galère, bien enfoui dans les menus !
Maj, L'appli marche correctement de nouveau
Love the app and it's quite practical. Customer service is super. In my opinion, the automatic plate reading needs confirmation from the phone. Otherwise, big security issue.
Auf meinem Handy ist die App leider nur auf Französisch. Hilft mir nix. Ändern der Sprache, wie vorgeschlagen, ist nicht möglich. Login mit Google geht nicht. Muß das Smartphone kmpl. auf Englisch umstellen dan geht's auch in Englisch.
Only credit cards? Really? Well I hate credit card companies,all of them! Why don't you have paypal or Vpay? Until then 0 stars 👿
Impossible to update payment method
Charging triple than the actual cost. Received a so called bill for 1.5€ but was charged 4.6€ on the card. This happened twice already. UPDATE: looks like the payment was just allocated in advance for a bigger value but when it was settled the final value was correct. Suggestion: you could update the payment process somehow or add a notification/ balloon/ banner to let people know that it can be an additional initial cost for bank payment that will not reflect in the end charge. Plus point: the reminder for renew of local/visitor short term parking is quite useful and can help you avoid fines.
Impossible de terminer une session en cours et d'être remboursé au prorata. Absolument nul, c'est juste du vol
